About the Role

As our Workshop Supervisor for B2C, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the workshop runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll manage technicians in your team, coordinate workflow, support financial targets, and uphold our commitment to outstanding service and EHS performance in accordance with EHS guidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading daily workshop operations to ensure efficient job flow and minimal downtime.
• Allocating work to technicians based on skills, priorities, and deadlines.
• Driving productivity and labour efficiency to meet performance targets.
• Supporting financial performance through accurate job posting, time tracking, and cost control.
• Maintaining EHS compliance and promoting a strong safety culture.
• Coaching and developing the team to build technical capability, ownership, and accountability.
• Full personnel responsibility including performance management, training oversight, and supporting recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensuring all KPI’s are met.
• Managing workshop tools, equipment, and inventory.
