Industrial Quality Engineer

Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Engineer in Grorud, Oslo we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the Northern RS Quality Director and work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates. You'll be responsible for covering Quality activities in the NO5/NO6 project depots in Oslo, Norway. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, operations, and engineering), manage the site industrial quality team, and ensure the implementation of site quality processes.
You’ll specifically take care of customer quality relationships and non-conformity management, but also support handover activities from the manufacturing site to the PI site.
We’ll look to you to:
- Support the inspection and delivery of new trains to the customer.
- Support with quality related fleet checks.
- Support Improvement of Zero Defect Program.
- Report defects and ensure product compliance, especially for Special Processes.
- Perform inspections and ensure product compliance according to Quality Control Plan.
- Lead customer inspections and maintain the Car History Book (CHB).

Requirements
- You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering (electromechanical, electrical, electronics) or equivalent.
- You possess expertise in managing quality and problem-solving tools.
- You have knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001 and ISO22163.
- You are fluent in both English and Norwegian.
- You have strong analytical and organizational skills.
- You have the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
