You will play a key role in shaping the process landscape of Nordic Managed Services by building governance, structure, and operational clarity. You will work with process design, contract handling, governance, and improvements in ServiceNow, helping ensure efficient, secure, and compliant operations. Through your work, you will contribute to stable and scalable services across all Nordic markets.

The practicalities
- Place of work: Oslo, Helsinki or Stockholm.
- Work format: Hybrid, with the number of office days depending on location.
- Language requirements: English.
- Security clearance: This position requires an approved statement of security clearance.
- Background check: We conduct background checks via Semac AS for final candidates.
Requirements
- You have experience with process development, implementation, or governance in an operational or IT-driven environment.
- You possess a solid understanding of ITIL and how it supports structured process design.
- You have an interest in regulatory, legal, and security requirements in operational processes.
- You have experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow/platform tools.
- You demonstrate a structured and analytical way of working with the ability to turn requirements into practical solutions.
