This is what you will be part of
You will help shape how Inventory is planned, governed, and improved across Nordic Managed Services. In this role, you will work with service-to-hardware mapping, stock levels, forecasting, replenishment, and reporting so that services are supported by the right equipment at the right time. Your work will create structure across local business units and help ensure good service coverage, healthy inventory levels, and better operational predictability.

You will collaborate closely with product owners, procurement, warehouse teams, and local business units across the Nordics. We work across functions and countries to create shared standards, align planning, and make sure processes work well in practice. The practicalities
- Place of work: Oslo, Helsinki or Stockholm.
- Work format: Hybrid, with the number of office days depending on location.
- Language requirements: English.
- Security clearance: This position requires an approved statement of security clearance.
- Background check: We conduct background checks via Semac AS for final candidates.
Requirements
- You have experience with inventory ownership, catalog rules, or standardization of hardware and service models.
- You possess a strong understanding of forecasting, demand planning, replenishment, and stock health reporting.
- You have the ability to coordinate stakeholders across product, procurement, warehouse, and local business units.
- You demonstrate a structured and analytical way of working with an eye for service coverage and forecast accuracy.
- You have an interest in governance, standardization, and creating clarity across countries and teams.
