About the position
We are looking for graduates to join Vår Energi within Project Development. As part of our graduate programme, you will work on real business challenges from day one, while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What you will be working with
As a graduate within Project Development, you will contribute to a variety of tasks and projects, such as:
- Contribute to material selection for subsea and topside applications, with focus on safe, reliable, and cost-efficient solutions
- Support qualification and follow-up of suppliers to ensure materials meet technical requirements and project specifications
- Participate in welding, fabrication, and testing activities, contributing to consistent quality across deliveries
- Support corrosion management and mitigation activities to maintain asset integrity and operational reliability
- Contribute to failure investigations and root cause analyses, applying lessons learned to improve designs and work processes
- Apply relevant standards, codes, and company requirements in your daily work
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver practical and robust engineering solutions

Requirements
- You are recently graduated or will graduate in 2027 with a Master's degree within relevant studies.
- You have 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You take initiative and show curiosity for learning.
- You approach challenges with a structured and problem-solving mindset.
- You act responsibly and prioritise safety in your work.
