Graduate 2027 - Project Control Engineer

About the position

We are looking for graduates to join Vår Energi within the Project Control area in Project Development. As part of our graduate programme, you will work on real business challenges from day one, while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you will be working with

As a graduate within the Project Control area you will contribute to a variety of tasks and projects, such as:

• Support Project Control Deliverables to the projects and portfolio, including planning, cost and estimating
• Particular responsibility for supporting the estimating process for projects
• Contribute to implementing new technologies and ways of working included, but not limited to, AI
• Understanding of, and interest, in using and develop databases for experience data internal and external
• Cross-functional collaboration
