Your Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in accordance with the restaurant’s concepts, menus, and quality expectations.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and the wider kitchen team in daily operations and service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new dishes, menus, and seasonal offerings.
  • Ensure that food safety, hygiene routines, and kitchen cleanliness are maintained at all times.
  • Support a positive and professional team culture through good communication and collaboration.
  • Help deliver a consistently high level of taste, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
  • You possess solid knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and professional kitchen equipment.
  • You are passionate about food and quality, with strong attention to detail.
  • You work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • You are structured, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
