Job Description
The Designer has a vital role in the creation of Holzweiler Collection. The role is responsible for translating the brand vision and seasonal themes into creative and inspiring product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the definition of creative concepts guided by Head of Design and Design Director.
- Balance commercial and creative needs to create Hero Products alongside brand building pieces.
- Translate Merchandising range plans into collections through sketches, mock-ups, and reference garments.
- Collaborate with category designers to ensure consistency in vision, details, colours, and fabrics.
- Design and source materials while implementing eco-design criteria.
- Partner with the Product Development team to create detailed Tech Packs and Bills of Materials.
- Participate in fitting sessions to ensure product feasibility and design integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or contemporary design.
- Proven experience developing collections and taking products from concept to final execution.
- Strong understanding of materials, construction, fit, color, and design development.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness and customer needs.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
