Analyst – Transaction Management & Asset Servicing

Norges Bank Investment Management manages the Government Pension Fund Global and has assets worth more than 2 trillion USD. We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Analyst to join us in a temporary, rotational role spanning two teams within Fund Administration.

The Role

This is a split role: you will spend the first six months in Transaction Management, followed by six months in Asset Servicing. You will perform a variety of middle office and support functions across the full life cycle of a transaction. The ideal candidate has a background in IT development, a keen interest in applying technology and AI tools extensively, and is eager to learn about financial products.

What you will do

• Transaction Management: Driving development initiatives, utilising AI as a productivity tool, managing and settling transactions, supporting all asset classes, and interacting with global custodians.
• Asset Servicing: Investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks related to income statements using AI-tools and ensuring derivatives holdings and cash flows are in line with broker statements.
