Embark on an Exciting Journey with Norrøna as our new Cloud Architect!
Are you ready to turn your passion for the outdoors into a career? For nearly 100 years, we’ve been crafting the ultimate outdoor equipment, enabling people to push beyond boundaries and embrace nature in its rawest form. Our vision, "Welcome to nature," drives everything we do—from designing cutting-edge gear for skiers, climbers, and explorers, to promoting responsible business practices that protect the environments we love.
We are now looking for an innovative and technically driven professional to join us in shaping the future of our digital infrastructure. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and push the boundaries of cloud architecture and software development, Norrøna is where your next great adventure begins.
About the role
As Cloud Architect, you will both be leading the development of Norrøna’s cloud infrastructure and building high-quality software applications. You will drive the evolution of our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, spearheading our DevOps initiatives and facilitating the adoption of Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. You will play a key role in building and designing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments that support our global operations. You will also collaborate closely with our software teams to build, test, and maintain robust applications.
We are looking for someone who writes clean, reusable code and maintains high standards for performance, reliability, and maintainability. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical platforms, helping ensure that Norrøna remains competitive and innovative in the digital space.
