We are looking for graduates to join Vår Energi within Project Development. As part of our graduate programme, you will work on real business challenges from day one, while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you will be working with

As a graduate within Project Development, you will contribute to a variety of tasks and projects, such as:

• Perform process and utility system surveillance, optimisation and troubleshooting for an operated asset.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and improvement initiatives within the Process discipline.
• Conduct technical evaluations with guidance and mentoring.
• Lead minor studies with guidance and mentoring.
• Work in a cross-discipline (technical, operations, maintenance, projects) environment.
