Pastery Chef/CDP – Michelin-Starred Restaurant Speilsalen, Britannia Hotel

Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes at a Michelin-star level
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the highest standards in taste, texture, and presentation
- Follow and contribute to the culinary philosophy of Speilsalen
- Assist in the development of new dishes and menus
- Handle all ingredients with care and a focus on sustainability
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety (HACCP)

Britannia Hotel opened in 1870 and has since been a natural meeting point in Trondheim. Requirements
- Relevant chef certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience from a Michelin-starred or high-end restaurant is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of both classic and modern cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene procedures.
- Fluent in Scandinavian or English.
