As a Logistics Trainee/Coordinator, you will gain hands-on experience in international logistics while helping ensure the efficient flow of raw materials and finished products across our global supply chain. Working with colleagues and partners across borders, you will develop valuable expertise in logistics coordination and supply chain operations in an international environment.
Key responsibilities
As a Logistics Trainee/Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate transportation and deliveries of raw materials and finished products
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and logistics-related deviations
- Work closely with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assist with documentation related to import and export activities
- Learn and work with logistics and ERP systems
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of our logistics solutions

Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Is a recent graduate or has up to 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Is well organized and detail-oriented.
- Has strong collaboration skills and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Is curious, eager to learn, and proactive.
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
