Join the Seatex division in Kongsberg Discovery as an Application Engineer.
Kongsberg Discovery is a technology company providing innovative and reliable solutions. In the Seatex division, we develop world leading products for accurate positioning, beamforming radar and radio communication systems, motion measurement, satellite payloads and situational awareness for ocean space applications.
Our office is located at Pirsenteret in Trondheim where we have exceptional facilities for product development with GNSS, RF/Microwave labs, EMC test lab, high-end instruments and a strong professional group of coworkers that welcomes you.
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Application Engineer to join the Inertial Solutions team at Kongsberg Discovery in Trondheim. As Application Engineer you join an experienced product team where you will have responsibilities contributing towards the further development and maintenance of our inertial sensors and GNSS-aided INS products. This includes software development, engineering support, test, verification and validation.

Requirements
- You must hold a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- You must have experience with software development in C/C++, Python, or Matlab.
- Experience with Linux operating systems is a requirement for this position.
- You must be able to work independently and in a structured manner.
- You must be able to communicate clearly in English.
