The Opportunity – a transformation and growth mandate

This is a senior executive leadership role with full responsibility for the Payments business, including strategy, people leadership, financial performance, R&D, and delivery. As Head of Payments, you will lead a large and complex organization spanning product development, delivery, sales, and customer engagement. A core mandate of the role is to build and scale one strong and integrated Payments business – safeguarding stability, trust, and reliability in mission-critical core markets, while accelerating profitable international growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall leadership of the Payments business, including full P&L responsibility.
• Defining and executing the Payments strategy in line with Banktech and Group priorities.
• Unifying and scaling the Payments business while protecting business continuity and delivery quality.
• Driving commercial acceleration, including market prioritisation, international go-to-market execution, pipeline discipline, and partner strategy.
• Ensuring robust governance, risk management, compliance, and audit readiness.
