Senior Designer (Strategic & Creative)

Founded in 1929 and family-run for four generations, we craft excellence in both outdoor gear and in guided adventures around the world. Guided by our own philosophy of "Loaded Minimalism" -- where clean, functional design meets critical, high-performance detail -- we are looking for a Senior Designer to play a central role in evolving our visual identity and contributing in essential brand design projects.

This is not a traditional support role. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of our brand's visual direction in close collaboration with our designers, creative marketing team and company leadership.

The role: Impact and responsibility

We are looking for a collaborative thinker who balances high-level strategy with hands-on execution. You will help oversee our visual presence across all platforms, ensuring that different touchpoints -- from digital concept development to retail installations -- reflects the Norrøna soul.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Project designer: Take ownership of innovation projects and lead them from concept to final completion.
• Strategic brand development: Help shape and execute our overall design strategy, ensuring a cohesive and premium visual presence.
• Concept and innovation: Initiate and drive projects that advance our brand, including exploring how we use AI and new technologies.
• Collaborative leadership: Act as a design anchor, collaborating closely with marketing, digital resources, and company leadership.
• Design execution: Develop high-impact campaign assets, lookbooks, digital experiences, and retail design projects.
