About the Ågotnes Site

Our department in Ågotnes was established in 1994. We support subsea projects from cradle to grave. We provide technical services, onshore and offshore, during Maintenance, Installation and Commissioning of Subsea Production Systems. We have in-house workshop facilities for Maintenance, Repair, Refurbishment, High-Pressure Testing and Pits, Electronic Laboratories for control interfaces.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate equipment preparation, tracking, and delivery.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to clarify technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with project leads to maintain progress and meet milestones.
  • Monitor work packages, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
  • Focus on process improvement and service quality.
  • Ensure HSE and quality compliance across all activities.
  • Maintain alignment across workshop, engineering, and project functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred, though relevant hands-on experience can qualify.
  • Experience with project coordination or planning is required, with the ability to learn subsea products quickly.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of HSE and quality requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as SAP, Primavera, or PRINCE is considered an advantage.
  • Applicants should be based in the Bergen area or be willing to relocate.
