Graduate 2027 - Operations Improvement Engineer

We are looking for graduates to join Vår Energi within Production. As part of our graduate programme, you will work on real business challenges from day one, while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

We are a leading independent Norwegian upstream oil and gas company, built on more than 50 years of experience on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS). What you will be working with

As a graduate within Production, you will contribute to a variety of tasks and projects, such as:

• Contribute to operational performance improvement by identifying and supporting the implementation of AI-driven and data-enabled use cases, focusing on efficiency, production optimisation, and safe operations.
• Collaborate across Operations, IT & Digital, and other business functions to mature data utilisation and pilot digital initiatives.
• Build and apply AI and data competencies to support decision-making, improve data quality, and enable more proactive and predictive maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement and digital transformation efforts by translating operational needs into scalable solutions.
