Brand Manager – Spirits Division (Norway)
Anora Group is a leading Nordic wine and spirits company committed to sustainability and strong local craftsmanship. We produce, market, and distribute a wide portfolio of spirits, wines, and other alcoholic beverages.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local brand and marketing plans in close collaboration with Anora's Central Marketing team, as well as international brand owners and partners.
- Lead new product development (NPD), product launches, relaunches, and Vinmonopolet tender processes.
- Build and maintain category, consumer, and market insights through competitive analysis and continuous monitoring of market trends in Norway.
- Manage the assigned brand portfolio and represent the brands to Vinmonopolet, external brand owners, the media, and consumers.
- Provide input to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to ensure healthy inventory levels and accurate demand planning.
- Monitor, analyze, and report the commercial performance of Own Brands and Partner Brands to internal and external stakeholders.
- Own and manage the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget, ensuring effective allocation of investments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar commercial role within FMCG, wine & spirits, or consumer goods.
- Proven experience managing P&L performance and commercial budgets.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills with experience working across international teams.
- Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language.
