We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help lead the operational performance of our offshore portfolio—ensuring safe, reliable and efficient production while helping shape how operations evolve in a company where decisions are made by the people closest to the business.

A role at the centre of our operations

Reporting to the VP Production, you will take ownership of operational performance across DNO's operated subsea assets while supporting our wider Norwegian portfolio. You will work across the full operational value chain—from integrity management and production optimisation to maintenance strategy, risk management and operational readiness.

Your responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DNO's operated subsea production systems.
• Ensure safe, reliable and efficient production through strong operational leadership.
• Oversee subsea integrity management, maintenance strategies and fitness-for-service assessments.
• Drive barrier management, process safety and operational risk management.
• Manage interfaces with host operators and technical service providers.
• Support subsea intervention planning and execution.
• Provide operational expertise to development projects and non-operated assets.
• Ensure compliance with company management systems, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Contribute to operational strategy, continuous improvement and competence development.
• Represent DNO in technical discussions with partners, regulators and industry stakeholders.
