Senior Data Engineer

Every customer journey starts with trusted data. We're looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our CRM Data domain team and help build the data products that power customer journeys across our CRM and Marketing platform (Salesforce).

At Storebrand, we're transforming the way we work with data. We're moving from a centralized legacy platform to a modern Snowflake-based data platform with distributed domain ownership. Instead of centralized data teams, each domain owns and develops the data products that support its business capabilities. Salesforce Data is one of these domain teams.

We build and operate the data products that power every stage of the customer journey through Salesforce—from personalized marketing and digital sales to customer service. Working closely with business domains, Salesforce developers, the Martech team and the Data Platform team, we ensure trusted customer data is available where it's needed most.

What will your workday look like?

As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building and operating the data products that enable customer journeys across Storebrand. You'll join a small, highly skilled domain team with end-to-end ownership of the data products powering Salesforce.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design, build and operate data products in Snowflake that power Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and Storebrand's data ecosystem using APIs, event streams and batch processing.
• Develop robust ELT pipelines and data transformations.
• Design data models optimized for CRM, customer journeys and customer engagement.
• Ensure high data quality, observability, reliability and security across our data products.
• Automate deployments and continuously improve engineering practices using CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
