Key Account Manager
Do you want a key role in building Norway's Space future? KONGSBERG Division Discovery, Business Unit Space Systems & Surveillance, develops and delivers advanced satellite systems. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to strengthen our Space Programs & Operations department.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and ensuring the successful operation and delivery of our satellite-based services. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous service improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure the successful operation and utilization of KONGSBERG's satellite systems and services to our customers.
- Coordinate operational activities related to satellite tasking, data delivery, service availability, and mission support.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize service performance and maximize customer value from space-based capabilities.
- Support the introduction of new satellite services and capabilities, ensuring smooth transition into operations.

Requirements
- Relevant higher education at Bachelor's or Master's level.
- Experience from customer-facing roles, account management, or project management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Must be eligible for Norwegian and NATO security clearance.
