Job Description
We are currently seeking a part-time Bartender to join our team to both work in the bar and support our restaurant during service. We are looking for stylish individuals to mix our martinis and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize guest satisfaction and comfort by delivering amazing experiences.
- Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver departmental plans and objectives to achieve hotel initiatives and targets.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation and best practice activities.
Requirements
- You must have solid experience in both bar service and waiting tables.
- You must be fluent in both Norwegian and English.
- You must be able to work late night shifts and weekends.
- You must be available to work year-round, including exam periods, holidays, and summer.
- You must possess a hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
