OPERATION SPECIALIST

Welltec Oilfield Services Norway is actively recruiting an Operation Specialist in Bergen or Stavanger. We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious person who is technically well-founded and possesses the ability to work in a team to provide continuous technical support to ongoing offshore operations, with an eye for detail in planning upcoming operations.

The position

As an Operation Specialist (OS), you will plan and execute operations for Welltec Norway. You will be responsible for ensuring all documentation is kept up to date as well as planning and executing pre-job tests including SIT/test/Qualification reports. The OS is responsible for organising and coordinating operations and is responsible for service quality within the region as well as implementation and execution of all relevant processes in connection to planning, pre- and post-job briefing of Field Staff.

Main responsibilities:

• Support operations and sales teams technically
• Develop procedures for offshore and onshore completion operations
• Risk assessment of completion operations
• Testing of tools to be sent to completion operations
• Preparation of field reports and procedures for operations
• Review of operation reports
• Planning and coordinating operations with customers
• Providing field services when relevant
