We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our Uncrewed Platforms Operations division in Horten. Your role will be to lead projects developing, building, upgrading, and delivering advanced Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) and Uncrewed Surface Vehicle (USV) systems.

What you will be doing

• Manage projects, coordinating activities across design, engineering, production, procurement, and quality teams.
• Ensure successful project delivery by meeting contractual commitments, customer expectations, and business objectives related to scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Plan, track, and deliver project milestones while managing schedules, resources, and dependencies.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation plans and driving timely resolution of critical issues.
• Manage project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, variations, and monthly financial reporting.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, communicating, influencing, and negotiating effectively at all levels.
