Product UX Designer

Kravia is a fast-growing fintech scale-up reshaping debt collection across the Nordics. With more than 60,000 customers in Norway, Sweden and Finland, we help small and medium-sized businesses get paid, safely, efficiently and with less friction.

We are now looking for a Product UX Designer to join the team in Bergen. This is not a role where you simply make things look good. You will be a central part of how Kravia designs, builds and improves its product. From understanding user needs to shipping clear, intuitive and polished experiences.

Our users are B2B customers: accountants, small business owners and finance teams. Your job is to make their daily work faster, clearer and less frustrating. Every click matters. Every flow should feel obvious.

In this role, you will:

• Map and improve end-to-end user journeys
• Conduct user interviews and usability tests
• Translate complex business and compliance requirements into simple interfaces
• Create wireframes, prototypes and handoff in Figma
• Work closely with product management and developers
• Use AI-assisted tools to prototype and explore ideas faster
• Champion the user perspective and challenge solutions when needed

We believe you bring experience from UX, product design, interaction design or UX/UI design. You are strong in Figma, comfortable with research and testing, and motivated by complex product problems. Experience from B2B, SaaS, fintech, ERP, accounting, payments or other complex digital products is relevant, but not a strict requirement.
