Job Description
Client Manager
Based in our Oslo office, as a Client Manager you are responsible for the overall experience users have when using data rooms. The purpose is to ensure an optimal process and satisfied returning customers. You will work closely with our sales team and customers in all of our six geographic markets, further you will be working with the Client Manager team to make sure that we maintain our high service level. The job currently reports directly to the Country Manager in Norway.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Support customers and key stakeholders with data rooms.
- Set up, administer, and close data rooms, including content exports.
- Advise customers on best practices and deliver training, demos, and workshops.
- Support the Sales team throughout the customer journey.
- Gather customer feedback to improve the product.
- Report and follow up on technical issues with customers.

Requirements
- You have experience in customer service or customer support, preferably within a SaaS or software company.
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- You have experience managing customer interactions and delivering high-quality service.
- You demonstrate the ability to lead customers through processes and provide clear guidance.
- You have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
