We are seeking a motivated, well-organized and service-minded colleague to join one of our Customer Support teams in Arendal. This is a two-year temporary position starting in early fall.
Our Customer Support teams provide high-quality support to Underwriters and Claims Handlers as part of Gard’s worldwide marine insurance operations. You will join a friendly, skilled and energetic work environment.
YOUR PRIMARY FOCUS WILL BE:
- Processing and handling high-efficiency claims
- Managing claims payments and related transactions
- Responding to customer queries
- Maintaining a continuous focus on improving our services and practices
- Performing other claims-related tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar and/or relevant experience is an advantage.
- You possess accounting knowledge.
- You have a structured approach to work with strong attention to detail.
- You are able to work under pressure, are proactive, and self-driven.
- You are ICT literate and quick to learn systems and procedures.
- You have a good command of spoken and written English.
