Job Description
Shape how we win business as a Bid Manager in DNV!
DNV Cyber is strengthening its commercial capabilities to support an ambitious growth strategy focused on helping customers improve the resilience of critical infrastructure through cybersecurity.
The Bid Manager will play a critical role in improving how DNV Cyber wins business. This is a dual-purpose role combining hands-on delivery of complex bids with the development of scalable bid capabilities across the organization.
The successful candidate will help create a more structured, consistent and efficient approach to bidding—enabling teams to develop high-quality proposals at scale, while directly supporting high-value opportunities. The role contributes directly to improving proposal quality, strengthening governance and increasing win rate over time.
Main responsibilities:
The Bid Manager will work across commercial, technical and support functions to strengthen both bid execution and long-term capability across the organization:
- Bid capability and process improvement: Develop and maintain practical tools, templates and guidance; establish clear, consistent bidding processes; capture lessons learned; and explore opportunities to use AI and automation.
- Complex bid management: Lead and coordinate complex, high-value and multi-service bids from kick-off to submission; structure and manage cross-functional bid teams; and ensure proposals meet high standards of quality.
- Collaboration and stakeholder alignment: Partner with sales, technical experts, delivery teams and corporate functions to deliver successful bids.
About DNV Cyber:
At DNV Cyber, we are passionate about cybersecurity and take pride in the way we are impacting the society we live in. You will be surrounded by the most talented people in the cybersecurity field.
