Senior Project Manager / Project Director

Hyperscale Data Center Project | Narvik, Northern Norway

We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager / Project Director for a major hyperscale data center construction project in Narvik, Northern Norway. This is a high-impact, high-complexity, mission-critical infrastructure build. You will be on-site, driving progress, aligning contractors, solving problems, and turning a massive technical vision into a fully delivered facility.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on project leader to take a key role in the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data center project. You will lead the delivery from construction through commissioning and handover, working closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Lead project delivery across construction, technical coordination, commissioning readiness, and handover.
• Drive progress on-site and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
• Manage scope, schedule, quality, cost awareness, risks, dependencies, and key project milestones.
• Coordinate closely with discipline leads across MEP, CSA, electrical, mechanical, automation/BMS, and operations.
• Lead project meetings, progress reviews, risk reviews, and recovery planning.
• Ensure strong communication between site teams, leadership, contractors, and stakeholders.

Important: On-site Requirement

This role requires full on-site presence in Narvik, Northern Norway. Remote, hybrid, or rotation-based work is not possible.
