Part-time Bartender

We are currently seeking a part-time Bartender to join our team to both, work in the bar, and to support our restaurant during service. The perfect candidate will have solid experience, preferably in both the bar and waiting tables, as well as being able to speak Norwegian and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix drinks and provide excellent service in the bar.
- Support the restaurant team during service.
- Maximize guest satisfaction and comfort.
- Ensure all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation and internal standards.
Requirements
- You must have previous experience in food and beverage service, including bar work.
- You must be fluent in both Norwegian and English.
- You must be able to work late evening and night shifts, including weekends.
- You must be available to work year-round, including during exam periods, holidays, and the summer season.
- You must possess a hands-on approach and a can-do work style.
