Nordic Service Contract Manager

As a world leader in cleaning technology, Kärcher is known for innovation, quality, and sustainability. We are now looking for a structured and commercially-minded Nordic Service Contract Manager to join our team in Oslo.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this new and central role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our service contracts across the Nordic region. You will manage everything from pricing and creation in SAP and Oneview to renewal and profitability analysis.

• Manage the Contract Lifecycle: Take full ownership of creating, maintaining, and renewing all service contracts in our SAP and Oneview systems.
• Support Sales & Pricing: Collaborate with service managers to determine contract pricing and support the sales team with quotations.
• Oversee Service Execution: Manage the follow-up of all work orders related to contracts and ensure service quality.
• Drive Profitability & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and calculate contract profitability.
• Optimize Customer Communication: Streamline and digitalize communication with customers regarding their service contracts.
