Are you our new Base Manager Cabin Crew at our OSL base managing our fantastic and professional colleague's on the frontline? You will motivate and encourage a well-functioning and highly motivated cabin crew workforce. Together with the leadership team in Crew Management you will enforce Norwegian values, employment standards & culture, and ensure high performance and delivery on goals and expectations to be the most loved airline for our customers, and the best place to work for our Cabin Crew!
The Base Manager Cabin Crew reports to Director Crew Norway and will be part of our European Base Manager Team. Given the operational nature of our cabin crew environment, this role requires a full-time on-site presence at Oslo Airport (OSL).

You will be responsible for
- Your group of cabin crew at your base.
- Delivery and follow up on communication of policies, guidelines, and information.
- Process and procedure development.
- Compliance with agreed contracted activities.
- Actively engage with the team to achieve delivery of Crew Management KPI`s and systematic working environment goals.
- Mentor, inspire and motivate the Cabin Crew team through visible leadership.
- Involvement in recruitment processes and onboarding.
- Monitor individual performance and feedback.
- Follow up on trends and threats for mitigation.
Requirements
- You hold a higher educational background.
- You have documented management experience.
- You possess process management skills and an understanding of Safety Management Systems.
- You have knowledge of working acts and HR processes.
- You are fluent in both Norwegian and English.
