The Position

As B2B & Retail Solution Owner, you will own and continuously improve the business applications that support Stokke's retail, B2B, and sales operations. You will work closely with Sales, Digital Retail, IT, and external partners to ensure the systems behind our retailer experience are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Platform Ownership & Improvement: Own and enhance Stokke's B2B commerce platform and related sales applications. Drive continuous improvements to processes, user experience, and system performance.
  • Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management: Partner with Sales, Digital Retail, and other business teams to understand needs and identify opportunities. Translate business requirements into clear solutions and improvement plans.
  • Systems & Process Optimization: Support integrations between commerce, ERP, EDI, POS, and related business systems. Help improve operational efficiency through automation and better workflows.

Requirements

  • You have 1–3 years of experience in business systems, business analysis, project coordination, or process improvement.
  • You possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • You are structured, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • You have experience working with business applications, digital platforms, or enterprise systems.
