Senior Accountant/Controller

As we continue to strengthen and develop our finance function, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / Controller to join our Accounting department. This role offers an opportunity to play an important part in ensuring reliable financial reporting, strong financial control, and high-quality support to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare VAT, statistical, and statutory reporting in line with Norwegian regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and follow up IFRS16 accounting and related reconciliations.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
• Support the annual audit, budgeting process, and resolution of complex accounting matters.
• Partner with the Finance Manager to provide financial analysis, follow-up, and business support across the organization.
• Contribute to cash flow management, credit control, and efficient customer and supplier related financial processes.
• Proactively identify and drive improvements in processes, systems, automation, and ways of working.
