Depending on your experience, the role may focus on business development, key account management, partnership development or a combination of these.

The Job

We're looking for someone commercially driven to join our team in Stavanger. Whether your experience is in business development, key account management or technical sales, we're looking for people who enjoy building relationships, creating opportunities and helping customers solve technical and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing new business opportunities, customer accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Building long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  • Identifying customer challenges and developing commercial and technical solutions together with internal teams.
  • Negotiating and managing partnerships to expand the adoption of AOGV technology.
  • Representing Izomax with customers and at industry events and conferences.

What We Do

Join the Izomax team in redefining what’s possible in mechanical isolation. With our AOGV tool, we deliver safe intervention on live systems – eliminating the need for shutdowns, hot work, and downtime. Our work is primarily within the oil and gas and energy sector, with more than 300 projects completed worldwide.

Requirements

  • You have experience in business development, key account management, technical sales, or partnership development.
  • You possess a proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver commercial results.
  • You have a commercial and operational understanding of the oil and gas industry.
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
  • You are fluent in English and willing to travel globally.
