As a Cybersecurity Engineer in our 2027 Graduate Program, you will be at the forefront of Aker BP's ambition to become the world's first AI-native E&P company. Through a series of rotations, you will develop the skills to secure complex digital and operational environments, contributing to our goal of a resilient, secure, and productive future.

Your journey in cybersecurity

This isn't a narrow specialization. You'll gain a holistic view by rotating through the core disciplines that drive our secure operations, from policy development to threat mitigation and AI integration.

• Policies & Control frameworks: Contribute to maintaining policies, requirements, and control frameworks for robust security.
• Cyber risk management: Drive cyber risk management across IT, OT, and digital initiatives.
• Standards & Compliance: Ensure alignment with critical standards like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443.
• Security operations & Audits: Support internal/external audits and follow up on findings to strengthen our defenses.
• Supplier security: Follow up on supplier security requirements and activities to extend our protective perimeter.
• AI & Threat intelligence: Turn threat developments and regulatory requirements into concrete actions, leveraging AI for proactive defense.
