As a graduate in Finance, Strategy & Partner Operated (FSP) in our 2027 Graduate Program, you will be at the forefront of Aker BP's ambition to become the world's first AI-native E&P company. Through a series of rotations, you will develop the skills to handle complex financial problems and contribute to our goal of a 3x productivity improvement by optimizing financial processes and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support robust budget processes and ensure updated forecasts, understanding cost drivers and challenging assumptions.
- Month-end closing: Contribute to critical month-end closing activities, including accruals and Cash Call input for joint ventures.
- Financial analysis & Reporting: Engage in financial analysis and reporting, tracking performance against targets and budgets.
- Process optimization: Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to simplify and standardize financial models and processes.
- AI & Digital innovation: Explore and leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, improve efficiency, and elevate the quality of financial reporting.

Requirements
- You must hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field.
- You should possess strong Excel skills and the ability to work with financial data.
- You must have good communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- You should have a strong analytical mindset and a genuine interest in AI and technology.
- You should be curious, positive, motivated to learn, and comfortable taking initiative.
- You must have a structured approach and be keen on contributing to process improvements.
