As a Life Cycle Data Services Engineer in our 2027 Graduate Program, you will be at the forefront of Aker BP's ambition to become the world's first AI-native E&P company. You will focus on structuring, quality assuring, and making engineering data accessible, contributing directly to operational efficiency and our goal of a 3x productivity improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data structuring & QA: Work with structuring and quality assurance of engineering data (LCI) across systems (SAP, EB, Aize).
- Digital twin & Visualization: Contribute to making technical information more accessible and understandable through visualization and digital models (digital twin).
- Dashboard & Analytics development: Develop and maintain dashboards and analyses (Power BI) that support decision-making in operations and projects.
- Data analysis & Automation: Use SQL/Python to analyze data, identify errors, and build simple automations.
- AI & Automation implementation: Implement AI and automation to classify data, detect quality deviations, and extract insights from technical documentation.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Digital/ADA teams to translate needs into digital solutions.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Industrial Economics, Data Science, Cybernetics, Computer Science, or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic data processing skills in SQL, Python or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and data structuring.
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English for professional communication and collaboration.
- Holds a valid EEA work permit.
