Key Responsibilities:
- Network model evolution: Maintain and evolve network models for various assets, gaining a holistic understanding of our production systems.
- AI-Driven optimization: Apply data analysis and AI tools to solve tangible technical problems in production optimization and efficiency.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, running feasibility studies and providing data-driven recommendations for asset decisions.
- Productivity & Optimization: Contribute to our 3x productivity ambition by identifying and implementing innovative process optimization opportunities.

Requirements
- You must be a final year student or a recent graduate with an M.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering.
- You should have a strong fundamental understanding of process engineering principles such as thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and mass/energy balance.
- You must be proficient in Norwegian and fluent in English.
- You need strong analytical skills to connect calculations and data to practical decisions.
- You should possess a curiosity for complex, real-world operational challenges and process optimization.
