- Rotational learning: Rotate through diverse Maintenance & Inspection disciplines to gain a holistic understanding of asset integrity management.
- Offshore engagement: Participate in offshore visits/campaigns to gain hands-on insight into field execution and data collection realities.
- AI & data solutions: Apply data analysis and AI tools to solve tangible technical problems in inspection and asset integrity operations.
- Team collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the integrity of pressure systems and static equipment from analysis to execution.

Your journey in maintenance & inspection
This program offers a comprehensive dive into asset integrity, rotating through critical areas from degradation analysis to advanced inspection methods.
- Pressure systems & Static equipment integrity: Support the development and follow-up of risk-based inspection (RBI) programs for critical equipment.
- Corrosion & Degradation mechanisms: Contribute to corrosion and materials assessments, including degradation mechanisms and fitness-for-service analysis.
- Non-destructive testing (NDT) review: Review and process inspection and NDT results, registering findings and tracking anomalies.
- ISO coordination: Support coordination of ISO scope, including Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) follow-up with offshore teams.
- Digital & AI inspection tools: Contribute to new technology and data-driven inspection initiatives, leveraging sensor data, robotics, and AI.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Materials Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Maintenance, or a closely related field.
- Solid fundamentals in materials and degradation mechanisms (corrosion, fatigue, fracture), and knowledge of mechanical/structural integrity.
- Working proficiency in Norwegian for operational and safety-critical communication.
- Valid EEA work permit and the ability to work from relevant office locations (Trondheim, Stavanger, or Fornebu).
