ABB Digital's AlarmInsight & SafetyInsihgt products are now looking for a Customer Solutions Manager with Business Development attitude who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, industry, and business.

You will be a central part of the core "Technical Product management" team in Norway, as well as supporting external sales and project delivery units. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex software capabilities into real value for customers and who is motivated by building something new.

You will join a small, entrepreneurial product team with the agility of a startup, supported by the expertise, credibility, and customer network of a large engineering organization.

We are looking for someone who combines sales capability with technical expertise, curiosity and enjoys working in environments where things are still being built, time to time travelling to meet Customers and on-site.

Requirements

  • You have experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • You have experience working with Energy industry customers for E2E projects from early opportunity shaping through solution definition and project execution.
  • You possess the ability to understand and explain IT and technical software solutions.
  • You have knowledge of Safety and Alarm management Lifecycles (IEC61511 and IEC62682) within process automation.
  • You have knowledge about DCS and Control rooms environment.
