Job description

• Communicate with onshore Engineers and offshore Service Leaders for planning and optimization of personnel.
• Coordinate offshore personnel schedules, planning, and training.
• Handle and carry out crew changes in collaboration with the customer.
• Track and verify employee competency, courses, and certificates.
• Book helicopters, flights, hotels, and courses for employees.
• Register, update, and maintain personnel data and planning tools.
• Ensure optimal allocation of man-years and maximize utilization of offshore days while minimizing overtime.
• Maintain regular dialogue with offshore employees.
• Procure contractors through dialogue with consulting agencies.
• Check timesheets for offshore personnel monthly for accuracy.
• Manage equipment scheduling in SAP/S4 in collaboration with Onshore Engineers.
• Assist the operations team with equipment and material loadouts.
