Job Description

HR Business Partner

Sensio is a Norwegian care technology company on an ambitious growth journey, with an expanding international footprint across Europe. We build technology that improves the lives of vulnerable people and supports the professionals who care for them. Our solutions support care homes, hospitals and home care providers, helping staff detect risk, respond faster and reduce unnecessary interruptions for residents, patients and healthcare professionals.

We are scaling fast, both organically and through new market acquisitions. As we grow, we're building a performance-driven culture that combines high ambitions with genuine care for our people, and we're looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to help shape that culture as we scale.

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven, service-minded HR professional to join us, working broadly across HR administration, leader support, and the development of our HR processes.

About the role

As HR Business Partner, you'll play a key part in our day-to-day HR operations, while also contributing to HR initiatives across our growing international organization. You'll work closely with leaders and colleagues both locally and across our markets, acting as a trusted advisor as we continue to scale. The HR Business Partner reports to our Chief People Officer.

The HR Business Partner's area of responsibility will include:

  • Managing and further developing on- and offboarding processes
  • Advising leaders on personnel-related matters, including employment law questions and demanding situations
  • Following up on sick leave in line with current routines and regulations
  • Supporting leaders in recruitment processes and contributing to a strong candidate experience
  • Planning, conducting, and following up on employee engagement surveys
  • Maintaining and developing our employee handbooks
  • Producing HR analysis and reporting for management
  • Monitoring and advising on new legal requirements, both nationally and internationally
  • Contributing to the roll-out of shared HR systems, processes, and policies across our markets
  • Supporting the HR integration of newly acquired companies as part of our growth strategy
  • Exploring how AI and digital tools can improve and streamline our HR processes

What we offer

  • A key role in a growing, international company with high ambitions
  • Real influence over employee experience as we scale
  • A varied, developing position within an inclusive HR environment
  • The opportunity to shape and modernize our HR processes during a period of growth
  • Close collaboration with leaders across the organization, in a purpose-driven company
  • A performance-driven culture with supportive, engaged colleagues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational psychology, administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, e.g. as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
  • Solid working knowledge of Norwegian labor law.
  • Strong digital competence with comfort in HR technology and data-driven tools.
