Job Description
As a HESS Director at Nammo, you will report directly to the VP HESS and be part of the Group HESS leadership team, providing strategic leadership within your area of responsibility and contributing to the continued development of Health, Environment, Safety and Security across the Group.
As HESS Director Security & Business Continuity, you will serve as Nammo Group's strategic lead for security, emergency preparedness and business continuity. Working closely with sites, business units and corporate functions, you will strengthen organizational resilience, develop Group security and business continuity standards, and support their implementation across Nammo's European operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop, maintain and implement Nammo Group's Security and Business Continuity policies, directives and governance documentation.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of Nammo Group's security and business continuity framework.
- Develop and maintain Nammo Group's Business Continuity Plan, aligned with recognised standards such as ISO 22301.
- Lead security risk assessments, emergency preparedness and contingency planning across the Group.
- Develop and improve crisis management processes, emergency preparedness and contingency response capabilities.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct tabletop exercises and internal audits within Security and Business Continuity.
- Develop organisational capability in Security, Emergency Preparedness, Crisis Management and Business Continuity in collaboration with Learning & Development.
- Support sites in identifying, preventing and reducing business disruption risks.
- Build strong relationships with IT, Corporate functions and site HESS teams to strengthen security, resilience and business continuity across the Group.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum five years of experience within security, business continuity, HSE, quality, manufacturing or continuous improvement.
- Experience working with management systems and internationally recognised standards, such as ISO 22301.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Must be eligible for a Norwegian/NATO security clearance and provide a valid police certificate.
