We are now looking for a Tender Manager to join our dedicated team responsible for all Subsea Production Systems (SPS) tenders across the Eastern Hemisphere.
About the Role
As a Tender Manager, you will have overall responsibility for leading the tender process from receipt of the Invitation to Tender through handover to project execution. You will provide leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary tender team, ensuring alignment with the winning strategy, customer requirements, and OneSubsea governance processes. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the tender phase, managing clarifications, negotiations, and approvals while ensuring robust commercial, technical, and execution strategies are developed and delivered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the preparation and delivery of high-quality, competitive tenders in accordance with customer requirements and OneSubsea processes.
- Develop and drive winning bid strategies in collaboration with Sales, Commercial, and operational stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional contributions, ensuring timely delivery of technical, commercial, and execution inputs.
- Manage tender activities, priorities, and risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain quality and schedule.
- Ensure commercially sound and executable proposals through effective planning, cost reviews, pricing alignment, and delivery strategies.
- Act as the primary customer interface during the tender phase, managing clarifications, tender bulletins, and negotiations.
- Lead tender governance activities and secure the required management approvals throughout the bid lifecycle.
- Ensure a structured and efficient handover to the project execution team following contract award.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor's degree and has at least three years of experience in tender management, tender coordination, project management, or project coordination.
- Has a solid understanding of commercial terms, project costing, pricing, and profitability drivers.
- Understands the delivery of SPS and service projects, including scope development and project execution planning.
- Is familiar with project delivery processes and the key elements required for successful project execution.
In addition to your technical and commercial expertise, you are a strong team player and natural coordinator who can bring together cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and are confident in presenting complex information in a clear and compelling manner. With a structured and proactive approach, you are able to manage multiple priorities, navigate challenges, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality and deadlines.

Requirements
- You must hold a bachelor's degree and have at least three years of experience in tender management, project management, or related fields.
- You must possess a solid understanding of commercial terms, project costing, pricing, and profitability drivers.
- You should have experience with the delivery of Subsea Production Systems (SPS) and service projects.
- You must be familiar with project delivery processes and the key elements required for successful project execution.
- You must be a strong team player capable of coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
