Safety & Compliance Manager
On behalf of Heli-One Norway, we are seeking an experienced Safety & Compliance Manager to take on a key role within the operational management team. This is an opportunity to influence safety culture, operational performance and regulatory compliance in one of the world's leading helicopter maintenance organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the Safety Management System (SMS).
- Manage and develop the Compliance Monitoring System.
- Lead internal audits and follow up corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with EASA Part-145 and applicable aviation regulations.
- Act as the primary contact with regulatory authorities.
- Advise management on safety, compliance and risk management.
- Analyse safety trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Promote a proactive reporting and learning culture.

Requirements
- Applicants must be able to satisfy the qualification requirements for nomination under EASA Part-145.
- The successful candidate must be eligible for approval by the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience, including at least two years within the aviation industry.
- Strong understanding of EASA Part-145 and relevant aviation regulations.
- Relevant engineering or technical degree, or equivalent qualifications/experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
