Join Tunable as Commercial Product Manager
Do you know the cold chain from the inside? Help us take Tunable’s Fingerprint technology to the world’s fresh produce industry.
Leveraging our patented microsensor, we have developed Tunable Nose and Fingerprint Analytics—a breakthrough technology that reads the invisible gases inside a ripening room, a cold store, or a transit container in real time.
We are looking for a Commercial Product Manager to join our team and lead our commercial push in the Fruit & Vegetables segment.
The Role
You will manage customer relationships and the sales pipeline, clearly communicate our value proposition, and provide the market feedback needed to keep our product aligned with real customer needs.
- Grow the direct-to-market commercial strategy for Tunable in the F&V segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with growers, packers, Master ripeners, distributors, and retailers.
- Be Tunable's voice of the customer internally and translate market insights into clear product requirements.
- Develop compelling commercial materials and business cases.
- Collaborate with our Business Management and Technology Development team to shape our product roadmap.
- Represent Tunable at industry events and trade fairs internationally.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the food and preferably the fruit & vegetables industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex B2B sales and convert pipelines into revenue.
- Deep understanding of the cold chain and a genuine curiosity about technology in fresh produce.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to act as a bridge-builder between customers and internal technical teams.
