We are seeking a strategic, business-oriented, and future-focused leader for the role of Vice President Product & Technology. This is a key role with significant influence on Neuver’s future product portfolio, market position, and competitiveness.
About the Role
As Vice President Product & Technology, you will be responsible for Neuver Maritime’s product portfolio and technology development. The role combines product management, strategy, technology, and business development. You will lead the work on product strategy, product roadmaps, innovation, and technological development, while ensuring close collaboration between sales, commercial business development, engineering, supply chain, production, project execution, and aftermarket.
Areas of Responsibility
- Product strategy and portfolio management: Develop and maintain the company’s product strategy, establish product roadmaps, and ensure long-term competitiveness.
- Product management and commercial collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing to translate customer insight into concrete product initiatives.
- Technology and innovation: Lead the development of next-generation products, define technical architectures, and prioritize R&D projects.
- Leadership and organizational development: Build and develop a strong Product & Technology organization, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Requirements
- Higher education within technology, engineering, product management, business/economics, or equivalent.
- Documented experience with developing and managing products or product portfolios.
- Proven ability to combine technology, market insight, and commercial objectives.
- Strong understanding of product economics, customer value, and profitability analyses.
- Leadership experience in technology management or engineering management.
