Content Discovery Expert – Nordics
You’ll help create engaging content experiences across Norway, Sweden and Finland, ensuring customers can easily discover the best entertainment on our platform. You collaborate with partners and local teams to publish premieres, curate discovery pages and improve how content is presented. You also take ownership of identifying and resolving issues that impact the customer experience, making a real difference every day.

Requirements
- You have experience or a strong interest in TV, streaming, movies, sports, and entertainment.
- You are confident working with dashboards, data, and digital tools.
- You possess an analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and solve problems.
- You have the ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders and external content partners.
- You are fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
- You have a proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and improve the customer experience.
